What started as a small department at I.M.E. has grown over the years and our Consignment Shop, filled with good used climbing and skiing gear and clothing, has become a major part of our business. As we all know good gear is not inexpensive! The I.M.E. Consignment Shop offers our customers a chance to turn over their gear and receive cash or store credit to upgrade equipment.

For beginners or folks on a budget, our Consignment Shop offers an inexpensive way to get into these sports with quality used gear. Basically all types of gear available from I.M.E. are available in the Consignment Shop. Obviously, some items like used climbing ropes are not sold.

Call our Retail Shop to get details about how to bring in or send in your own used gear for appraisal. We pay 80% for store credit or 60% if you want a check for your gear after it sells.
