	A complete and accurately filled out registration form will allow IMCS guides to offer you the best climbing experience possible. Your safety is our primary concern. If you do not feel comfortable sending us this form over the Internet, you may print a copy of this form and send it to us via US mail, or give us a call in the IMCS office during business hours and we'll be happy to take your registration. Above is a link to our Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk form which you can print and fill out just before the start of your course or climb.
