LEVEL I Intro
to Rock Climbing, Basic Skills: $140 per person.
This clinic is perfect for a brand new or beginner climber hoping to safely learn the basics. We will start out by explaining how to properly use climbing equipment (shoes, harness, helmet, ropes, carabiners, knots, and slings) and then move from there to explaining the fundamental components of the climber’s safety system: anchor and belay systems. We will work through basic climbing techniques, emphasizing proper footwork and balance. Spend the rest of the day outdoors top-rope climbing so you can develop confidence in the anchor and belay systems and refine your own climbing technique. |
LEVEL II Gym Climber to the Outdoors: $140 per person
All Levels. Pulling granite instead of pulling plastic. See what it takes to learn the intricacies of real rock. Techniques like jamming, smearing, finger jams, route finding. Learn to recognize the subtleties and excitement of real rock. Unlike at the climbing wall, no two holds are alike |
LEVEL III Intermediate Climbing $140 per person.
Climbing Level- 5.6 - 5.8. Develop climbing techniques for a variety of climbing situations including cracks, slabs, and face climbing. A great clinic to challenge you and improve climbing technique |
LEVEL IV Steep
Climbing Skills $140 per person.
Climbing Level - 5.8 - 5.10. Developing climbing techniques for traditional crack climbs are the focus of this clinic. Crack and corner climbing requires many diverse techniques including finger locks, hand jams, laybacking, chimney climbing, and stemming |
LEVEL V Advanced Climbing Skills $140 per person
For those with a desire to lead and efficiently follow traditional rock routes (single and multi-pitch). In this one day course we'll talk about rock protection, placing and cleaning gear, multi-pitch anchor
systems, efficient belay methods, rapelling and rope management . This is a great way to start understanding the "sharp" end of the rope. We recommend that you bring any gear you may have for this course. |
LEVEL VI-Choose your Adventure $140 per person
Get a group of 4 together and pick your adventure. Self- rescue, top rope anchors, big wall basics or anything else that you and three of your friends can imagine. This group will need to book two weeks in advance. |
