Chris Marks

Age: 41
Years Climbing: 18
Years Guiding: 10
Hometown: Franconia, NH

I moved to Northern New Hampshire in 1986 to pursue climbing and the outdoors. Since then I’ve married, taught high school for eight years, built a house, and now have a toddler named Thaddeus already interested in climbing. Along the way I’ve had the opportunity to experience some incredible climbing and the privilege to teach others about the sport. I love rock climbing, but think I might like climbing ice and mixed routes even more.
