Terms and Conditions
Land cost of the trip is $3,650
Airfare with the group from Boston - Buenos Aires - Boston is ~$1,500.

IMCS will pursue the lowest group fares with decent connections.

All food lodging, lodging, transportation and climbing permits while in Argentina are included in the land cost.
Members must supply all the equipment and clothing listed in the personal equipment list.
The guide's decision on and off the trek and climb are final. Any decision to change the itinerary is up to the guides.
Anyone deciding to leave the trip early will not be eligible for a refund. If they leave the group while on the trek or climb they do so at their own risk.
Not included in the cost is any group or personal insurance of any kind, possible medical costs ,hospitalization, emergency evacuation, alcoholic beverages, laundry, souvenirs, film, airport taxes and personal excess baggage on flights.
The medical form and liability release form must be returned with the final balance four weeks prior to departure.
It is required that each member of the expedition has health insurance, trip and personal equipment insurance are recommended. Rescue insurance can be obtained by becoming a member of the American Alpine Club.
A deposit of $700 and completed application form is required upon registration Checks should be made payable to IMCS. Team membership will be filled on a first come first serve basis. The deposit is refundable until eight weeks before departure; the balance is due four weeks before departure. There will be no refund of any amount two weeks prior to departure.
